中空玻璃機械雙組份打膠機工藝特點
1、高能雙組份打膠機主要基料泵、固化劑、比例泵、基料泵升降系統(tǒng)、調(diào)比結(jié)構(gòu)、混膠系統(tǒng)、氣動系統(tǒng)、液壓系統(tǒng)及電氣系統(tǒng)組成。

2、基料泵、固化劑泵及比例泵均采用特殊的高壓柱塞泵，雙向等量供料，基料泵由液壓系統(tǒng)驅(qū)動，固化劑泵由氣動馬達(dá)驅(qū)動。二者輔以增壓供料壓盤，充分保證高黏度流體的滿腔輸送，基料壓入并增高高壓，固化劑壓入并增壓，再送比例泵，固化劑的流量由調(diào)比機構(gòu)調(diào)節(jié)，二種組份同時送入混合器，充分混合后到達(dá)擠膠槍。

Material pump is driven by hydraulic system, curing agent pump is driven by pneumatic motor. 3、固化劑過濾器下端出口及混合器進料處均設(shè)有高壓球閥，沖膠泄壓用，混合器上設(shè)有單向針閥，不但使混膠更加均勻，而且防止兩種組份互竄，將通道固化堵塞。
