雙組份打膠機的保養(yǎng)注意哪些？
1、壓盤上的放氣閥門要保持通暢，要定期疏通和清洗。

2、正常工作時不要斷氣源，如果發(fā)現(xiàn)斷氣源應停止工作。

3、若涂膠工作過程中停頓時間超過15分鐘以上時，一定要用“沖槍”。本機有報警功能，到時沒有沖膠會有蜂鳴器報警。

8、A膠提膠泵連續(xù)工作1分鐘以上沒有供膠停止，說明管路內(nèi)有空氣，此時會報警，須打開泵上管接頭再打開A膠提膠泵，直到出膠為止，停止并接好接頭，膠槍會出現(xiàn)有空氣的嗶嗶爆破聲，空氣排凈就好了。
8. 9、由于每次沖洗混合器不會完全干凈，每次都有少量的混合膠沉積，越來越多，以致堵塞混合器通道，用一段時間后，影響出膠量和混合效果，因此要定期（聚硫膠五天，硅酮膠兩天）清洗混合器。把混合器內(nèi)的混膠棒拆出，如有損壞更換新的混膠棒。若混膠棒拆不出來，可用火燒掉，注意不能損傷零件螺紋。
9.
