1、機臺擺放位置的水平

雙組份打膠機的調試要保持雙組份打膠機平臺水平度，打好平臺水平相當于調試好了一半，不然則容易出現點偏、多膠少膠、溢膠等問題。
For the commissioning of two-component sealant dispenser, the levelness of the two-component sealant dispenser platform shall be maintained. A good platform level is equivalent to half of the commissioning. Otherwise, problems such as point deviation, more glue, less glue and overflow are likely to occur.
2、選擇合適的針頭

自動雙組份打膠機針頭內部的直徑應該和膠點直徑的1/2左右，可根據產品大小來選取合適的點膠針頭，針頭小內徑為0.1毫米。

3、點膠針頭與點膠位置的高度距離調節

雙組份打膠機需要調試點膠高度，針尖到產品的距離過高，會出現拉膠問題；點膠高度太低又會出現針頭沾膠、爬膠、膠量不均勻等問題。

4、出膠時間的調試

自動雙組份打膠機的點膠量的設定應該為產品間距的1/2，保證有足夠的點膠量粘貼組件，防止過多的膠水滲出；調試出膠時間可以控制好點膠量。

5、壓力設定調試

雙組份打膠機的控制器把壓力提供給膠管和針頭，通過調節雙組份打膠機壓力大小，可以控制出膠量和點膠的速度，壓力過強容易出現膠水噴出的問題，壓力太弱則會出現點膠不均勻和漏點的現象。

By adjusting the pressure of the two-component glue dispenser, the amount of glue and the speed of dispensing can be controlled. 6、膠水溫度控制

一般環氧樹脂膠水應保存在0～5℃的冰箱中，使用時提前半小時拿出，使膠水溫度與工作環境一致，膠水的使用溫度應為23℃～25℃，注意對環境溫度進行控制。
