雙組份涂膠機(jī)由A、B膠泵、系統(tǒng)、升降機(jī)構(gòu)、機(jī)架等組成。現(xiàn)分別介紹如下：

（1）A、B組份各設(shè)一個(gè)膠泵，在各自的氣馬達(dá)驅(qū)動(dòng)下，分別作往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)，將膠吸入并壓出。A、B膠泵分別與壓膠盤固定在一起，再與機(jī)架連接組成各自的系統(tǒng)。

A、B組份膠泵分別設(shè)一套升降機(jī)構(gòu)，該升降機(jī)構(gòu)分別由兩個(gè)氣缸并聯(lián)組成，并通過橫梁固定連接各自的泵體。其目的之一是將兩缸的作用力通過壓盤作用在膠面上，壓力大小由調(diào)壓閥調(diào)節(jié)，一般調(diào)整在0.3MPa左右；
