正確理解打膠時出現“花膠”的情況
在
雙組份打膠機打膠施工現場，經常會遇到這些問題：打膠機出膠速度慢，表干拉斷時間太快或太慢、打膠過程中出現“花膠”、 結皮或硫化現象等。
These problems are often encountered on the construction site of the two-component rubber applicator: the rubber delivery speed of the rubber applicator is slow, the surface dry breaking time is too fast or too slow, and the phenomenon of "flower glue", crust or vulcanization occurs during the rubber application process.
1. 打膠機出膠速度慢
1. The glue dispensing speed of the glue applicator is slow
產品在初次使用時，打膠機打膠過程中出現出膠速度過慢的現象，可能原因有三個：
When the product is used for the first time, there are three possible reasons that the glue dispensing speed of the glue dispenser is too slow during the gluing process:
⑴A組分流動性差
⑴ poor fluidity of component A
⑵壓盤過大
(2) the pressure plate is too large
⑶氣源壓力不夠。
(3) the air supply pressure is insufficient.
針對原因⑴或原因⑶，我們可以通過調整膠槍壓力來解決；針對原因⑵，訂購大口徑桶可以使問題得到解決。若出膠速度慢出現在正常使用過程中，則可能是混合芯和過濾網被堵塞，一旦發(fā)現，就需要及時清理設備。
For reasons (1) or (3), we can adjust the pressure of the glue gun to solve the problem; For the reason (2), ordering large-diameter barrels can solve the problem. If the glue dispensing speed is slow during normal use, the mixing core and the filter screen may be blocked. Once found, the equipment needs to be cleaned in time.
2. 打膠過程中出現“花膠”
2. "Flower glue" appears in the process of gluing
花膠是由于A/B組分膠體混合不均勻而產生的，表現為固化慢或局部有白色條紋。
Flower glue is produced due to uneven mixing of a / B component colloids, which is characterized by slow curing or local white stripes.
主要原因有：
The main reasons are:
⑴打膠機B組分管道堵塞
(1) component B pipeline of glue applicator is blocked
⑵靜態(tài)混合器長時間未清洗
(2) the static mixer is not cleaned for a long time
⑶比例尺松動，出膠速度不均勻
(3) the scale is loose and the glue dispensing speed is uneven
⑷換廠家或牌號未調整設備工藝參數
(4) the manufacturer or brand is changed and the equipment process parameters are not adjusted
⑸更換后的產品擠出性不好，設備未適應
(5) the extrudability of the replaced product is not good, and the equipment is not adapted
⑹混用不同廠家不同牌號的A、B組分。
(6) mix components a and B of different manufacturers and brands.
針對原因⑴、⑵，可以通過清洗設備來解決；針對原因⑶，則需要檢查比例控制器，并進行適當的調整；針對原因⑷、⑸，在保證參數正確的前提下，使用1-2天后設備會逐漸適應。
The causes (1) and (2) can be solved by cleaning the equipment; For the reason (3), it is necessary to check the proportional controller and make appropriate adjustment; For reasons (4) and (5), on the premise of ensuring the correct parameters, the equipment will gradually adapt after 1-2 days of use.
3. 打膠過程中膠體出現結皮或硫化現象
3. In the process of gluing, the colloid is skinned or vulcanized
當雙組份膠在混合過程中就發(fā)生局部固化時，膠槍打出來的膠就會出現結皮或硫化現象。出現這一現象的原因主要有三種：
When the two-component rubber is partially cured in the mixing process, the rubber produced by the rubber gun will be skinned or vulcanized. There are three main reasons for this phenomenon:
⑴膠體顏色較黑，固化快時，可能是由于B組分比例過高，過多的催化劑促使固化速度加快。此時，需要適當降低B組分的比例，將結皮或硫化膠沖洗干凈后施工；
⑴ when the colloid color is black and the curing speed is fast, it may be because the proportion of component B is too high and too much catalyst accelerates the curing speed. At this time, it is necessary to properly reduce the proportion of component B and wash the crust or vulcanized rubber before construction;
⑵若打膠過程中伴有出膠慢的現象時，可能是混合芯長時間未清洗或清洗不好，膠體結皮堵塞管道。因此，定期清洗靜態(tài)混合器是很有必要的。
(2) if there is a phenomenon of slow glue dispensing during the gluing process, it may be that the mixing core has not been cleaned for a long time or the cleaning is not good, and the colloid crust blocks the pipeline. Therefore, it is necessary to clean the static mixer regularly.
⑶當固化和出膠速度均無異常，而打出的膠仍有結皮或硫化現象時，則可能是設備停機時間較長，膠槍未清洗或洗槍不夠好，需要將結皮或硫化膠沖洗干凈后后施工。
(3) when there is no abnormality in the curing and dispensing speed, but the rubber is still skinned or vulcanized, it may be that the equipment has been shut down for a long time, the rubber gun is not cleaned or the gun is not washed well enough, and it is necessary to wash the skinned or vulcanized rubber before construction.
4、膠內夾有氣泡
4. There are bubbles in the glue
一般而言，膠體本身是沒有氣泡的，膠體夾有的氣泡可能是運輸或施工過程中混入了空氣，如：
Generally speaking, there are no bubbles in the colloid itself. Some bubbles in the colloid may be air mixed during transportation or construction, such as:
⑴更換膠桶時排氣未排干凈；
⑴ the exhaust gas is not completely discharged when replacing the rubber barrel;
⑵組分在上機后壓盤未壓下去，導致排泡不好。
(2) the pressure plate of components is not pressed down after being put into the machine, resulting in poor bubble discharge.
Therefore, it is better to use the front foam. During the use, the glue applicator should be operated correctly to ensure the sealing and prevent the air from entering.
