將空氣泵的進氣壓力關(guān)閉
Turn off the intake pressure of the air pump
打開排膠閥排膠以釋放內(nèi)部系統(tǒng)的壓力
Open the glue discharge valve to discharge the glue to release the pressure of the internal system
將壓盤吹氣管閥門打開
Open the pressure plate blowpipe valve
把升降控制閥撥到“UP”的位置
Turn the lifting control valve to the "up" position
壓盤會從膠桶中提升，并終脫離膠桶合適更換膠桶的位置
The pressure plate will be lifted from the rubber barrel and finally separated from the rubber barrel to a suitable position for replacing the rubber barrel
從設(shè)備框架上移除空膠桶
Remove the empty rubber bucket from the equipment frame
關(guān)閉壓盤吹氣管閥門
Close the pressure plate blowpipe valve
清理壓盤兩個密封圈，使之表面干凈
Clean the two sealing rings of the pressure plate to make their surfaces clean
仔細(xì)檢查新膠桶是否有凹痕或別的損傷。不要用受損的膠桶，這樣會損壞壓盤
Carefully check the new rubber barrel for dents or other damage. Do not use a damaged rubber bucket, which will damage the pressure plate
把新膠桶放在設(shè)備基座中間位置上，位于壓盤的下方
Place the new rubber bucket in the middle of the equipment base and under the pressure plate
壓盤密封圈上涂潤滑脂（諾信
Apply grease on the sealing ring of the pressure plate (Nordson)
拆下排氣及出膠口檔桿
Remove the exhaust and rubber outlet stop rod
把升降控制閥撥到“Down”的位置，慢慢把壓盤移入打開的膠桶中。要停止壓盤移動，可把升降控制閥撥到中間“Neutral”的位置
Turn the lifting control valve to the "down" position and slowly move the pressure plate into the open rubber barrel. To stop the movement of the pressure plate, turn the lifting control valve to the middle "neutral" position
壓盤繼續(xù)下壓，當(dāng)排氣及出膠口處有一股穩(wěn)定的膠流出時，把排氣及出膠口檔桿裝回壓盤并在接頭上旋緊
Continue to press down the pressure plate. When there is a stable flow of rubber at the exhaust and rubber outlet, install the baffle rod at the exhaust and rubber outlet back to the pressure plate and tighten it on the joint
換桶步驟完成，打開空氣泵進氣開關(guān)，正常工作
After the barrel changing step is completed, turn on the air inlet switch of the air pump and work normally
