，看看膠水的性質(zhì)。如果膠水是單液，在室溫下不易凝固，那么下次使用的膠水在每一點(diǎn)或產(chǎn)品填充后都是一樣的，就不能考慮清洗問(wèn)題了。如為厭氧膠、快干膠、401502膠或硅膠膠等常溫下會(huì)快速凝固的膠，應(yīng)清洗干凈。清洗時(shí)，先將未使用的膠水瀝干，再將天南水、工業(yè)酒精等有機(jī)溶劑放入機(jī)器內(nèi)。然后把這些有機(jī)溶劑壓在一起，用氣槍把它們吹開(kāi)。

Then press these organic solvents together and blow them away with an air gun.

如果是雙組份膠雙液灌膠機(jī)，清洗比較簡(jiǎn)單。工作完成后，將灌膠機(jī)前的白色攪拌管拆下，浸泡在有機(jī)溶劑中，或更換攪拌管。
