平時應該如何保養中空玻璃生產線
中空玻璃生產線在使用中的保養非常簡單，主要是保持滑輪各方面的潤滑，保持電壓的穩定，防止電器的燒毀等等，都是保養中空玻璃生產線應該注意的地方。

為保證機器的良好運行，應加強中空玻璃生產線的日常維護與保養，中空玻璃生產線在運行中若有異常情況應立即停車檢查，排除故障后再重新啟動。

中空玻璃生產線出現較大的的故障時應有人士來維修，在開始檢修前切忌關掉總電源。

1、傳動維護：各傳送輥軸承、毛刷輥軸承、傳送軸承、鏈輪、齒輪定期加注鈣基潤滑脂；微型擺線針輪減速機每半年加鈣基潤滑脂一次；無級調速器每半年換Ub—l或Ub—3型潤滑油一次，且在運轉過程中應時常檢查其油位，保持油位在滑標線以上；

Transmission maintenance: the transmission roller bearing, brush roller bearing, transmission bearing, chain wheel and gear shall be regularly filled with calcium grease; the micro cycloid pin gear reducer shall be filled with calcium grease once every half a year; the stepless speed governor shall be replaced with ub-l or ub-3 lubricating oil once every half a year, and the oil level shall be checked frequently during the operation to keep the oil level above the center line of the slide mark;
2、水路維護：水箱內循環水應每天更換，水箱每周清洗一次，經常檢查噴水嘴噴水情況，若發現堵塞應及時清理。
2. Waterway maintenance: the circulating water in the water tank should be replaced every day, and the water tank should be cleaned once a week. The water spraying condition of the water nozzle should be checked frequently, and the blockage should be cleared in time.
3、風路維護：定期檢查風機運行情況，如有異常聲音應立即停機檢查，定期清洗風機過濾柵，減小引風阻力，提高風干后玻璃表面潔凈度。
3. Air path maintenance: regularly check the operation of the fan, if there is any abnormal sound, stop the machine immediately for inspection, regularly clean the filter grid of the fan, reduce the induced draft resistance, and improve the cleanliness of the glass surface after air drying.
