中空玻璃設(shè)備生產(chǎn)線使用注意事項
作為一種玻璃加工機(jī)器，中空玻璃設(shè)備的使用是中空玻璃成品率和高質(zhì)量的保證。沒有正確的設(shè)備使用流程，再好的原材料，再好的密封膠與結(jié)構(gòu)膠的使用也不能確保產(chǎn)品的高質(zhì)量。那么，在中空玻璃設(shè)備的使用過程中，有哪些事項是必須要遵守的呢？

一、在使用設(shè)備水泵之前要確保水箱里的水是充足的，打開水泵之后要及時調(diào)整海綿輥上方的噴水管，確保海綿輥的每一個位置能夠被沖洗掉。沖洗時要用手清洗雜質(zhì)和贓物，力度不要太大。值得注意的一點是在冬天開啟中空玻璃設(shè)備時要先將海綿輥浸泡開在清洗傳送，直接清洗傳送容易將海綿輥被撕壞。
1、 Before using the water pump of the equipment, make sure that the water in the water tank is sufficient. After turning on the water pump, adjust the spray pipe above the sponge roller in time to ensure that every position of the sponge roller can be washed away. When washing, clean impurities and stolen goods by hand, and do not use too much force. It is worth noting that when the insulating glass equipment is started in winter, the sponge roller should be soaked in the cleaning conveyor. Direct cleaning conveyor will easily tear the sponge roller.
二、在清洗傳送時，中空玻璃在傳送帶上要確保玻璃的平穩(wěn)，沒有放平穩(wěn)的玻璃在傳送時容易跌落下來造成玻璃的摔裂和傷到操作者。
2、 When cleaning and conveying, the insulating glass on the conveyor belt should ensure the stability of the glass. If there is no stable glass, it is easy to fall down during the conveying, causing the glass to break and hurt the operator.
三、在涂抹膠時要均勻，中空玻璃設(shè)備鋁隔條上是需要涂抹丁基膠的，在涂抹是要確保均勻，，膠體涂抹后要平整無漏膠，無毛刺情況。為確保鋁條與玻璃的粘接效果，建議使用的丁基膠，且鋁隔條上不要占有灰塵與雜物。
3、 When applying the glue, it should be uniform. Butyl glue should be applied on the aluminum spacer strip of insulating glass equipment. The coating should be uniform and comprehensive. After applying the glue, it should be smooth without leakage and burr. In order to ensure the bonding effect between aluminum strip and glass, it is recommended to use high-quality butyl rubber, and the aluminum spacer strip should not contain dust and debris.
四、中空玻璃設(shè)備的雙組份密封膠涂抹要牢固，拐彎處的涂抹尤為注意均勻性，這樣有利于漏氣現(xiàn)象的發(fā)生。
4、 The two-component sealant of insulating glass equipment should be applied firmly, and the uniformity should be paid special attention to at the corner, which is conducive to the occurrence of air leakage.
