雙組份打膠機淺談關(guān)于PUR熱熔膠機的注意事項
1.避免在易揮發(fā)易爆的原料或氣體周圍使用pur熱熔膠機，不要在pur熱熔膠機噴涂設(shè)備周圍存放易燃易爆物品。
1. Avoid using pur hot melt glue machine around volatile and explosive raw materials or gases, and do not store flammable and explosive materials around the spraying equipment of PUR hot melt glue machine.
2.沒有適當(dāng)?shù)谋Ｗo裝置，沒有良好的絕緣體或保護面板，不要使用熱熔膠機。

3.pur熱熔膠機需要維修時，須經(jīng)過培訓(xùn)人員的培訓(xùn)后才能拆卸維修。

4.當(dāng)環(huán)境溫度低于- 20℃或環(huán)境溫度高于80℃時，pur熱熔膠機不能運行。

5.使用pur熱熔膠機時，不能有快速流動的空氣。當(dāng)pur熱熔膠機使用的pur膠筒和膠水壓板暴露在循環(huán)快的空氣中時，pur熱熔膠機的熱熔膠流量會因快速冷卻而受到影響，能量會被浪費。

6.使用pur熱熔膠時，檢查pur熱熔膠桶是否變形，丟棄變形嚴(yán)重的pur熱熔膠桶，以免損壞pur熱熔膠機壓板。

7.每當(dāng)拆卸PUR熱熔膠機的喉嚨,噴膠槍,試圖穿過清潔劑清洗拆卸和維修之前,不能清洗,須使用高溫硅油在很短的時間內(nèi)將面臨設(shè)備噴嘴或軟管接口密封,避免濕固化反應(yīng)。
7. Whenever the throat and spray gun of PUR hot-melt adhesive machine are disassembled and cleaned with cleaning agent, it cannot be cleaned before disassembly and maintenance. High temperature silicone oil must be used to seal the nozzle or hose interface of the equipment in a short time to avoid wet curing reaction.
