1、新機器經過一段時間的運轉之后，雙組份打膠機應檢查各緊固件是否有松動現象，并重新緊固。

2、每次使用完畢，要將機器上的殘膠及灰塵干凈，使機器保持清潔。

二、小型雙組份打膠機機械部分的檢查和保養：

1.清潔噴槍外表、清理噴嘴，保證噴嘴的暢通;

2.清潔或更換膠機和噴槍的過濾網;

4.檢查膠缸內壁是否有炭化層，如有炭化層請使用諾信專用清洗液R溶劑清洗膠缸。

5.將膠機加熱操作溫度，排空膠箱內的熱溶膠。檢查膠缸內是否有雜 質，如有雜質用干凈的抹布清潔膠缸。
