雙組份打膠機的性能及介紹
氣動雙組份打膠機是集國內外技術生產的中空玻璃密封膠打膠機，A組分泵和B組分泵膠分別采用氣動系統(tǒng)驅動，采用無觸點電器控制系統(tǒng)控制，換向靈敏可靠，其獨特的方便可調試配比機構，大限度地保證雙組份膠近乎苛刻的配比要求，出膠連續(xù)均勻，涂膠效果好，生產效率高。

打膠操作：
Glue operation:
1）松開比例杠桿上的比例泵鎖緊螺釘，將比例泵內外調整所需比例。只有當A膠和B膠的配比達到正常值時，才可進行下面的操作。
1) unlock the proportion pump locking screw on the proportional lever, and adjust the ratio pump to the required proportion. Only when the ratio of A glue and B glue reaches the normal value, the following operation can be carried out.
2）置選擇旋鈕于A、B泵開，將膠槍出口對準兩片玻璃的中縫，打開膠槍開關，以適當速度平穩(wěn)地移動膠槍使玻璃槽內的雙組份膠填滿充實為佳。打膠結束時關閉膠槍。
2) set the option knob on A and B pump, open the rubber gun outlet to the two piece of glass seam, open the glue gun switch, and move the glue gun smoothly at a suitable speed, so that the two component glue in the glass tank can be filled and enriched. Turn off the glue gun at the end of the glue.
因雙組份膠是由兩種膠混合而成的，其凝固速度與環(huán)境溫度和A、B膠的比例有關，混合后的膠一般在20分鐘之內就會反應固化。所以，當設備在正常打膠后，20分鐘之內不使用就必須將混合后的膠沖洗出來，以免堵塞混膠器和膠槍。具體操作：將B泵關閉，打開B膠回流開關然后打開膠槍，膠條為白色即可。
