三軸點(diǎn)膠機(jī)點(diǎn)膠效果不好的原因！
三軸點(diǎn)膠機(jī)在工作的時候，會出現(xiàn)工作效率不高或者點(diǎn)膠效果不好的時候，那么這種現(xiàn)象是怎樣造成的呢？

A:點(diǎn)膠壓力方面，通常壓力太大易造成膠水溢出、膠量過多；壓力太小則會出現(xiàn)點(diǎn)膠斷續(xù)現(xiàn)象和漏點(diǎn)，從而導(dǎo)致產(chǎn)品缺陷，所以需要根據(jù)環(huán)境溫度和膠水粘度等因素進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié)。
A: In the aspect of dispensing pressure, it is easy to cause glue overflow and excessive glue volume when the pressure is too high. If the pressure is too low, the phenomenon of discontinuous dispensing and leakage point will appear, which will lead to product defects. Therefore, it is necessary to adjust the dispensing pressure according to environmental temperature and glue viscosity and other factors.
B:三軸點(diǎn)膠機(jī)針頭通常要選取針頭內(nèi)徑大小為點(diǎn)膠膠點(diǎn)直徑的1/2左右的針頭，點(diǎn)膠過程中，應(yīng)根據(jù)產(chǎn)品大小來選取點(diǎn)膠針頭。

C:針頭與工作面之間的距離，不同的三軸點(diǎn)膠機(jī)采用不同的針頭，有些針頭有一定的止動度，因此需要把握好點(diǎn)膠距離，甚每次工作開始之前應(yīng)做針頭與工作面距離的校準(zhǔn)，即Z軸高度校準(zhǔn)。膠水的粘度直接影響點(diǎn)膠的質(zhì)量，粘度大，則膠點(diǎn)會變小，甚拉絲；粘度小，膠點(diǎn)會變大，進(jìn)而可能滲染產(chǎn)品，而膠水溫度應(yīng)為23℃～25℃；環(huán)境溫度對膠水的粘度影響，溫度降低粘度增大，出膠流量相應(yīng)變小，更容易出現(xiàn)拉絲現(xiàn)象。
C: The distance between the needle and the working face, different three-axis dispensing machines use different needles, some needles have a certain degree of stiffness, so it is necessary to grasp the dispensing distance, and even before each start of work, the distance between the needle and the working face should be calibrated, that is, Z-axis height calibration. Viscosity of glue directly affects the quality of dispensing, and if the viscosity is high, the glue point will become smaller or even wire drawing; if the viscosity is low, the glue point will become larger, and then the product may be dyed, while the glue temperature should be 23 ~25 C; when the ambient temperature affects the glue viscosity, the temperature decreases and the viscosity increases, and the flow rate of glue decreases accordingly, which makes the filament drawing easier.
