1、機(jī)臺(tái)部門請(qǐng)按期擦拭干凈，以增加利用壽命。

2、改換膠種，需清洗管路，此時(shí)先封鎖進(jìn)料閥 ， 打開點(diǎn)膠閥，將膠桶殘剩膠料排出后，封鎖排料閥打開進(jìn)料閥將清洗溶劑倒入儲(chǔ)膠桶內(nèi)，本機(jī)，依平時(shí)操作方式將溶劑壓出沖刷。
2. Change the rubber type and need to clean the pipeline. At this time, first block the feeding valve, open the dispensing valve, after discharging the residual rubber from the rubber drum, block the discharging valve, open the feeding valve and pour the cleaning solvent into the rubber drum, activate the machine, press the solvent out and wash out according to the usual operation mode.
3、機(jī)械定量缸的升降器需要按期潤(rùn)滑，以增加利用壽命;按期(每周一次)用黃油槍加高溫鋰基脂2-3 槍于油嘴處。

4、氣壓進(jìn)氣不正常及發(fā)現(xiàn)有水氣，請(qǐng)將調(diào)壓過濾器內(nèi)之水氣解除或檢查氣壓源有無異樣即可。
